Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
  • Self Check-In: Secure smart lock access

During Your Stay

  • Maximum of 6 guests
  • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking inside the property

Important House Rules

We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbours. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund:

  • Illegal activities, including drug use or prostitution
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour
  • Vandalism

Before You Leave

  • Place used towels together
  • Dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate bins
  • Turn off lights, appliances and heating where applicable
  • Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed

Safety Information

  • Exterior Ring doorbell security camera (front entrance only)
  • Carbon monoxide alarm installed
  • Smoke alarms installed
